For a while, about the 1980/90's, the shop was run by Jill North. She was the sister of David North who ran the family shop close to Rothley railway station. For a while, Val and Roger Pritchard took over the shop, and reverted to the old name of Le Fevres Stores. The present owners took over from them, kept the name and became associated with the Spar group.
